has been awarded an EcoVadis gold medal for the fourth time in succession. The evaluation by the independent sustainability platform covers the headquarters in Dornbirn as well as all other locations worldwide of the globally operating lighting group. In an industry comparison, the Zumtobel Group ranks among the top 1 per cent of all companies assessed by EcoVadis. The fourth gold medal confirms the Zumtobel Group’s continued commitment to a sustainable future.

Continuous improvements
In this year’s evaluation by EcoVadis, the Zumtobel Group scored additional points in the areas of ethics as well as labour and human rights. This improvement was achieved through various measures, such as the launch of the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategy in the past financial year and continuous optimisation of processes in the area of information security. Regarding its carbon management level, the Zumtobel Group was rated as a ‘leader’ by EcoVadis, confirming the company’s Net-Zero target and emission reduction measures.
