How do you determine your apprentice charge-out rates? Please tell us!

Have you employed an apprentice in the last two years? Please take part in our research to understand more about how you set charge-out rates for your apprentice and the factors which influence this.

The rate at which apprentices are charged out at greatly affects the return on investment they provide, as shown in the recent RoI research published by TESP.

We have now commissioned Pye Tait, funded by NET, to carry out further detailed work on charge-out rates with the aim of learning more about how charge-out rates are set and the approach taken to this, to see what support and guidance for businesses could be developed.

Pye Tait is looking for electrical contractors of all sizes and based in any part of England, to take part in a telephone conversation of around 20-30 minutes, at a time convenient to you.

Your input will be extremely valuable so please take part if you can. We aim to use this work to inform future campaigns to encourage apprenticeship recruitment and support employers.
