InstaVolt has cemented its position at the forefront of EV infrastructure with a series of prestigious awards in 2025, including two major wins for its flagship Winchester Superhub.
The pioneering site was named Charging Destination of the Year at the EVIES Awards 2025 and EV Infrastructure Project of the Year at the Solar & Storage Live Awards – recognising not only technical excellence but also the company’s leadership in sustainable, scalable infrastructure.
The Winchester Superhub – currently the UK’s largest ultra-rapid EV charging site – features 44 ultra-rapid chargers, 870 solar panels, battery storage, and driver amenities including a café and play area. It has also been shortlisted at the RTPI Awards for Planning Excellence and the National Transport Awards, reflecting strong cross-sector recognition.

CEO Delvin Lane was also awarded CEO of the Year (Under £50m) at the Thames Valley 250 Awards.
InstaVolt operates more than 2,000 rapid chargers in the UK and has active expansion plans across Ireland, Spain, Portugal and Iceland – targeting more than 16,000 chargers by 2030. Its network is known for ease-of-use, high reliability (99 per cent + uptime), and a consistent customer experience through contactless and app-based access.
All electricity used is 100 per cent renewable.
