Super Rod held its first Elite Testers Conference on Thursday, 9th July 2026, welcoming testers, partners and friends of the business to The Guildhall in the heart of Worcester for a day of conversation, collaboration and celebration.
For Super Rod, the day was about putting its values into action: Listen, Innovate and Deliver. The testers who attended are at the heart of how Super Rod’s products get better – their feedback shapes what the company builds next. Bringing everyone together in person, many for the first time, was Super Rod’s way of listening more closely, celebrating that collaboration, and saying a proper thank you. Colleagues from Klein Tools Europe also joined the day, adding an extra value to the proceedings and reflecting how closely the Klein Tools family works together.
The day didn’t stop when the formal programme wrapped up. Guests headed to Retroids Arcade Bar in Worcester for the fun social – a chance to unwind and get to know each other outside the conference room.
The following day, everyone was welcomed to The Happy Electrician workshop for more hands-on time together, rounding off a memorable two days.
