WATT’s CURRENT with NAPIT podcast is back with a brand-new series which will kick off today, September 3rd, with a new episode released every other Wednesday through to the end of the year.

Hosted by NAPIT Technical Commercial Manager Steve Humphreys and Technical Commercial Engineer Andrew Duffen, a fresh and new voice will be joining the conversation this series as the team welcome Jonathan Swain, NAPIT Technical Commercial Engineer, to the microphone.

Jonathan has almost 20 years of electrical industry experience, having spent much of his career running his own electrical business before moving into teaching and, later, joining NAPIT as a Field Officer.

His move into the Technical Commercial team adds another perspective to the podcast. As well as introducing Jonathan Swain as a new voice on the podcast, the first episode explores the importance of continuing professional development, Amendment 4, EICRs and inspection reporting, and looks ahead to upcoming topics like plug-in solar.

Future episodes will feature a range of guests including manufacturers and industry partners such as Hager, Live Electrical, Dimplex, TLC, and Alpha ESS.

Steve Humphreys, Technical Commercial Manager said: “We are excited to launch a brand-new series of WATT’s CURRENT, bringing together industry voices, technical insights and the topics that matter the most to NAPIT members and the wider industry. “

Listen to the brand-new series of WATT’S CURRENT on all major listening platforms, as well as on its hosting site, NAPIT Podcast.
