Solar Solved Africa is a small solar company that strives towards what our name proclaims – we will solve all your solar needs in a professional and personal manner.

The owner of the company, Avie van Wyk, originates from a farming background in Southern Namibia. There he experienced the challenge of electricity shortages, but also the advantages of using energy from natural resources.

Solar Solved Africa, originally GW (Global Warming) Store Cape Town, began its journey in solving solar problems for Africa in 2011.

In 2013 we decided on a change in name due to the confusion that ‘Global Warming Store’ created.
