A long long time ago our Grandfather on our Father’s side – John Weston Straton owned a plumbing business.

Our late Father, George Weston Straton, chose a different path and established Straton Electrical in 1966.

For the past 10 years Straton Electrical have installed prepaid water and electricity meters.

We used a number of contract plumbers and have charted a steady increase in requests for plumbing repairs, maintenance and installations from satisfied clients.

Frankly – the service from Straton Plumbing using contract plumbers was not to our satisfaction so we embarked on a search for a plumber needing business guidance, admin and marketing support.

Over the course of a year we ‘trialled’ a number of candidates before eventually feeling confident enough in our present plumber to embark on the next phase to market our services as plumbers.
