Allstar brings ServicePoint to SMEs with a smarter, app-based service to manage vehicle maintenance before MOT season hits

3 October 2025 by Googler
  • Built for small and medium-sized businesses running fleets
  • Available in the Allstar Co-Pilot app for fast booking, reminders and cost control
  • Timed ahead of March’s MOT peak to cut admin and downtime

Allstar, one of the UK’s leading EV, fuel and business expense payment companies, has enhanced ServicePoint for a new audience – small and medium-sized businesses that want  to manage vehicle servicing, maintenance and repair (SMR) for their fleet vehicles at anytime and anywhere.

ServicePoint has long been the go-to platform for medium and large fleets. Now it’s been reimagined for SMEs and made available as part of the Allstar Co-Pilot app – putting service bookings, authorisations, reminders and costs in one place on a  phone or tablet.

The launch coincides with what are traditionally the busiest months of the year for MOTs, September and March. For SMEs that already juggle limited admin resources, these peak times can quickly become overwhelming, with recent Allstar research showing that 82 per cent of fleet operators say SMR is their most time-consuming task.

ServicePoint on Co-Pilot is built to change that. It makes the admin easier and gives managers the same level of oversight that big fleets already enjoy.

Key capabilities include booking and approving service, maintenance and repair jobs on the go and accessing thousands of garages across the UK, from national chains to local specialists. Real-time authorisation and bookings support operators to cut downtime of vehicles, while automated MOT and road tax reminders are sent straight to drivers to ensure they never miss a date. Additionally, HMRC-compliant invoicing and a central dashboard provides visibility of spend, easily accessible with a centralised dashboard on Allstar Online for full fleet visibility.

Paul Holland, Managing Director for UK/ANZ Fleet at Corpay, which owns Allstar, said: “SMR is one of the biggest drains on time for any fleet. Our research backs that up. With ServicePoint now in the Co-Pilot app, small businesses can run their fleets with the same clarity and control as bigger operators. It’s about saving time and taking the stress out of maintenance so people can get back to running their business.”

ServicePoint runs on epyx’s 1link Service Network, the same technology used by fleets running nearly five million vehicles. Both Allstar and epyx are part of Corpay, a global S&P 500 corporate payments company.
