Straton Solar is focused on one outcome – the near eradication of your current electricity consumption account via optimum use of a properly specified and installed Solar PV System.

Straton Solar is a division of Straton Electrical founded in 1966.

Straton Solar began installing renewable energy solutions for major telecommunications companies in 2008. At that time the pricing of solar systems did not make sense for deployment in domestic and small commercial plants.

Over time the prices of Solar Panels reduced immensely and batteries became more sophisticated, cheaper and of higher capacity.

Allied with the introduction of load shedding to South Africa the market has seen an explosion in demand and solutions providers.

As registered electrical contractors Straton Solar is well poised to offer a complete turnkey solution from initial quotation to supply & installation, to Certificate of Compliance to ongoing maintenance & support over the life of your 20 year committment.
